Real Estate
Experience:
First a Realtor® 1976 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr. Jacobs became a Broker in 1978 while attending law school at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. After graduation, Mr. Jacobs focused on commercial, industrial, multi-residential and land sales for several years before challenging the California State Bar Exam in 1987, thereafter being admitted to practice in 1988. Thus can academic knowledge be combined with experiential learning in representing you with your unique real estate needs.
Diversity:
Real Estate practice encompasses a wide variety of both transactional and litigation fields, among them the areas of purchases and sales, landlord-tenant disputes, property line disputes, title disputes, eminent domain, Homeowner Association disputes and the relatively obscure area of Native American trust land leasing and sales in coordination with the Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs. Each such area has its unique features incorporating both State and Federal law.
We at the Law Office of David Earl Jacobs recognize the uniqueness of each such situation and have successfully and cost effectively represented clients in each such area of practice.
